IIoT & edge computing
Data capture right at the machine — reliable, offline-capable and vendor-independent. We connect every machine to your digital infrastructure, regardless of age, manufacturer or protocol.
The problem without IIoT
- Machine data exists but isn't accessible — neither digitally nor in real time
- Stoppages only come to light at the shift handover or the next morning
- Energy consumption, cycle times and quality data can't be analysed
- Older machines have no network connection or only proprietary interfaces
- Manual readings take time and are error-prone
What we deliver
Edge gateway design & selection
Depending on requirements, we use industrial edge gateways, Raspberry Pi, Arduino or specialised IPCs — with the right protection rating for your shop-floor conditions.
Protocol integration
OPC UA, MQTT, MODBUS, Profinet — we read whatever your machines speak and translate it into a unified data model.
Offline-first architecture
Data buffering and local processing right on the edge device. A network outage doesn't mean data loss.
Dashboards & alerting
From simple Grafana dashboards to React-based real-time interfaces — your data, visible instantly.

Frequently asked questions
Which protocols do you support?
OPC UA, MQTT, MODBUS/TCP, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, BACnet — we choose the protocol based on the machine generation and the requirements.
What happens if the network goes down?
Our edge devices are offline-capable. Data is buffered locally and synchronised once the connection is restored — no data loss.
Can older machines without a digital interface be connected?
Yes. Using current sensors, vibration sensors and analogue I/O modules, we can capture data even from machines with no digital interface at all.
How secure is the data transmission?
All connections are TLS-encrypted. IT/OT separation via DMZ, VPN tunnels or air-gapped designs, depending on your security requirements.
